Subscription Renewal
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions to the Service may be subject to automatic renewal unless you opt-out. By selecting a subscription plan, you consent to recurring payments at the end of the subscription period.
Notification: We will notify you before your subscription is set to renew. You will receive a notification by email at least 3 days prior to the renewal date.
Opt-Out: If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can opt out by contacting our customer support or following the cancellation instructions provided in the renewal notification email.
Billing
Billing Cycle: Subscription renewals occur on a monthly/3-month/basis, as specified in your original subscription.
Payment Method: We will charge the payment method you provided during your initial subscription for the renewal. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is current and valid.
Changes in Subscription Plan: If you wish to change your subscription plan, you can do so before the renewal date. Your new plan will be applied during the next billing cycle.
Refunds
Refund Eligibility: Subscriptions are generally non-refundable, including renewals. We do not provide refunds for renewal charges.
Exception: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if you experience significant technical difficulties that prevent you from using the Service, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues. You must contact us within 3 days of the renewal charge to request a refund under these circumstances.
